Site Update

Just a quick update to let people know I'm still here. Not that there are any active users here yet, but maybe there are some lurkers; who knows... I still check the site every day, remove bot spam, etc.

I just haven't had a lot of time to push forward with new updates. I still have many new features, design changes, etc. planned. Messaging system still needs voice/video calling, Wiki needs a lot of changes, forums need some new features, etc.

I just started a new job and that's been pretty time-consuming. 12-14hr shifts with a 1.5hr commute make for 15-17hr days. And then I have an issue with my eyes that ruins my days somewhat frequently. I actually would've had time to work on the site today, but my eye was in so much pain that I stayed in bed for most of the day.

I'm hoping to transfer to a work location closer to my house to cut that 1.5hr (3hr/day) commute down. One location's literally 3min from my house, and another is about 25min. Either one would save me a lot of time in the day. And hopefully I can get a surgery or something soon for my eyes.

Not trying to make excuses -- This site's been a dream of mine for many years, so I'll have to make time for it by any means necessary. Just a little bit of a transition phase here and then work will resume, probably at a much slower pace but some progress is better than none.
